Kitchen equipment is first rate with very good stove, fridge, coffee machine and dish washer and laundry machine. Location is very central, 5 minutes walk from Rialto bridge. Also the water taxi can stop directly by the hotel which is very convenient especially if you have luggage. The staff were very helpful, communicative and quick response.

Basilica San Marco is 200 metres from the apartment, while The Ducal Palace is 300 metres from the property. The nearest airport is Venice Marco Polo Airport, 21 km from the property. The staff was truly receptive. Unfortunately, the locker got blocked and we couldn’t open it due to a technical issue. However, the staff was very receptive, being given a midnight emergency case we were able to solve this problem quick, by phone, without any further complications.
