We were on the 10th floor with a wrap around balcony which gave us 280 degree views of the ocean, Kii Mountains and Shirahama town. The complex is very new so all accessories were in very good order. The bath for a Japanese facility was very large and thus used often. We chose this apartment complex because of it's location to the beach, supermarket and onsens. We especially enjoyed being able to cook for ourselves and everything necessary for that was provided.

The area is also quiet and you get to feel a bit of the local everyday living.

Despite being in the very city center it was very quiet at the apartment. Beds were so comfortable, and the lounge was so great to spend evenings with family playing board games and talking about the wonderful trip. Washing machine was ready (along with detergent) and we could dry our clothes outside on the balcony. The bathroom, kitchen and WC were amazing as well. Staff was incredible, the manager even assured a baby bed for us.

Spacious rooms at Fraser Nankai come with an LCD TV, and washing machine. They have a well-equipped kitchenette. I absolutely loved staying at this hotel. I actually booked it a bit last minute and ended up re-booking it when we went back to Osaka as we had such a great first experience. First of all, the location is perfect, right next to Namba station, making it very easy for day trips (like Koyasan) or for exploring Osaka. It's 10 min walk to Dotonburi or Den Den town, with so many restaurants and animations in the area. The hotel is super clean and very modern. We had a little flat with a separate bedroom and a living room. There was a huge TV screen with netflix etc. The washing/drying machine was very useful! We didn't cook but there was also everything needed in the kitchen area. Reception is open 24/7. There is a gym and a sauna (which we didn't use). Room was quiet and cosy and a great place to come back to after exploring. Really recommend it!
