I'm sure it gets more noise in the summer, and although we could also hear some music from the bar across the street on Saturday night, it was absolutely manageable. That's what you pay for the great location, just be prepared for it. And yeah, the location is just awesome. Plenty of smaller and bigger grocery stores within 5-10 minutes, and the beach is also within 10, along with the bus station. Overall, we were very impressed by the value of this place. Would absolutely come back!!
