Super positioned apartment rent with tidy rooms and super nice staff. Communication was excellent and they were always smiling and welcoming. I spent 4 nights in room 605. They allowed for early check in, the view from the balcony over the city at sunrise is just amazing and room was tidy with AC. Parking in front of the building is without problems and it's full of local restaurants and shops in the area. Walking around felt very safe although I was the only tourist all the time. Very close to bus terminus and car rental agencies. Top for low budget visiting Salalah

It is a new and clean building with ample parking space. The building is located in a very calm & central area. The location is apt for travelers. The rooms are also clean and big. 2 bed rooms can easily accommodate 6 people. The room has a nice cozy kitchen with all the required utensils. It also had a washing machine and an Iron. All this at a reasonable price, at least we paid less (4.28 Rials) for 2 nights). The hotel management were very kind and polite, they even let us check-in early. We were 4 men, but I can any day suggest this place for a family. 5 stars to the management and the team.

I booked a two bed rooms apartment and it was very clean and daily cleaning service was great. All what the family needs was available. The whole building is in new condition and found clean at all times.

The apartment is located in a gated community with several facilities such as different Hotels, Restaurants, Pools, etc. The beach is not even a 5min walk from the place and the pool just in front of the terrace. It is also located a bit at the edge of the whole complex which made it a calm and relaxing stay. The communication with the host and the Property Manager was easy and they where very friendly. The manager even went back to bring me some ginger and lemon when I told her I got a little cold. She was really helpful and friendly and I can definitely recommend this place if you would like to enjoy and relax for a few days.

It was an unforgettable time spent in Salalah. The apartment is beautiful. It's better than in the photos. Just a wonderful host, always available and helped with choosing which attractions to visit. The apartment is clean, you can cook meals, and it's a great place to spend time with family or friends. It’s comfortable, and everything is available for your stay. We had a wonderful stay in Hawana Accacia 5 apt. The location is perfect for a family with 2 kids , having a bedroom with a king size bed and a foldable sofa in the living room Fully equipped kitchen , which helped us a lot in preparing the food in the morning before exploring Salalah’s attraction points The host was very supportive, he provided everything we requested extra in less than 1 hour Good to be mentioned that the nereast beach is 5 min drive ( a wonderful spot , right next to Rotana Hotel ) . Looking forward to our next visit to Salalah, we will certainly choose the same location
