The help desk staff, Aleksandra is very kind and assisted us very well, especially with early check in and luggage handling as well, and we are appreciative for the good customer care. The main entrance staff are different from the hotel services, but the young receptionists were all kind, helpful, spoke English and assisted us find good places to dine and walk about. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and cozy, and having the coffee machine was a plus. The living area was good and one can work and rest as well. The tub was great and the toilet was clean. The entrance to the room.is safe with a door card only for guests, which is great. I highly recommend this hotel. Keep up the great service.
