I rarely go to trouble in order to write an extensive review, but i must say this for our host, Peter: Nowadays, when almost every accomodation is cold and faceless, you get some code or some keys and never get to see your host, who most probably is a company that bought 10 apartments, Peter is a rarity, an oasis. It's a real home, taken care of impeccably, with every amenity one can need, super clean and spacious, but what wins hearts immediately is the small gestures of kindness, like the home-grown tomatoes or the eggs from Peter's chicken waiting for us in the fridge. God bless you Peter, you made our last night in our Slovenian vacation one to remember!

The location was ideal, with everything just a short walk away – shops, restaurants, and all the main attractions. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with a modern touch that made our stay even more enjoyable. The owner was incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. We felt truly welcomed, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to experience the best of Maribor!

The apartment looks brand new, nicely furnished and equipped with everything. Markovci is a really nice village, with nice people.
