Το The Old City Rooms βρίσκεται στο κέντρο του προορισμού Τσιάνγκ Μάι και απέχει 400μ από Μνημείο Τριών Βασιλιάδων και 500μ από Wat Phra Singh. This is the perfect place to stay when in Chiangmai. It is right at the center of the old town where plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops, and massage places abound. It is also a short walking distance to the two most popular temples in old town Chiangmai. We were particularly pleased and pleasantly surprised when the long road next to the hotel was turned into a night shopping street (apparently this is done every Sunday). Right outside the Old City Spa, is a stand alone travel & tours outlet which sells all the famous Chiangmai day tours at a discount. You cannot find anything cheaper elsewhere. This hotel really has every advantage in terms of location. We also love our room. It is quite big and very clean. The beds are comfortable, and the block out curtains helped us have a good night sleep. But the best part of The Old City Rooms is the kindness of the owner. They responded to all our queries in a timely manner, accommodated all our requests, made sure we are always comfortable, and in our last day they even allowed us to use the shower after our day tour before our flight even if it was way beyond check out time (we we're also lucky nobody booked the room for that day so we were allowed to check out late). When you stay at this hotel, do not miss the spa experience, which they offer for guests at a huge discount. Amazing spa facilities. We enjoyed everything especially the ice plunge. This hotel is highly recommended and will be my only go-to hotel every time I'm in Chiangmai.

It was perfect for my sister and I. Two separate comfortable and peaceful rooms. Though one is significantly bigger than the other. Having the convenience of a kitchenette and washing machine was ideal. But really… it’s all about the 17th floor with that amazing pool. Smallish but good clean gym with everything you need to get it done. And a sauna and steam room, what more can you ask for.

Το Ay’s House βρίσκεται στο Τσιάνγκ Μάι, σε απόσταση 1,6 χλμ από το σημείο ενδιαφέροντος Central Plaza Chiang Mai Airport. I loved meeting Ay and staying at her place for 5 days. It felt like my home away from home. It's incredibly clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and since I was there for a longer time frame, I appreciated the refrigerator and the extra seating areas around the apartment. Ay is an incredibly sweet host and secured a tour for me to go to Chiang Rai at a great price. Her brother's coffee shop is also a must as I had lovely Thai teas for most of my days there. I couldn't have asked for a better stay and host in Chiang Mai. Thank you!

Great little hotel with friendly and helpful staff and complimentary water, tea, fruit and snacks. Good location with a 7-eleven 500m away, good food options and some nice temples nearby. Room was spacious with a good - if a little hard - bed, nice shower and a small balcony. Room was very clean and the sound isolation was decent.
