The place was very clean, comfortable with beautiful decor done to a high standard. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and healthy. The hosts however are the highlight for us; Hansmark was always helpful and assisted us with anything we needed. Our conversations were always rich and exciting full of cultural exchange. The whole family was wonderful and a joy to be around. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to perhaps return in a few years. Calum 🇬🇧 & Maho 🇯🇵

Absolutely lovely place to stay, that is exactly like the photos. Location - Conveniently located close to Arusha airport (5 minute drive) and only 10 minutes drive from both Sable Square which has lovely coffee shops, and the Cultural Heritage Center. Facilities - In the apartment we stayed in, there was a kitchen area to cook, living area with Netflix and YouTube, outdoor balcony, 2 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There is also an outdoor pool and sunbeds. Everything we needed was provided including water, tea, hairdryer, toiletries. WiFi is strong and works well. Food - Although there is no restaurant on site or breakfast provided, they provide a list of close restaurants to choose from which is helpful. If you'd like to cook your own food, you can visit the supermarket in Sable Square or next to the Cultural centre. We ordered pizza delivery which was no problem, and lovely to sit and watch Netflix as a family after a busy few days on Safari. Families - It is absolutely perfect for families. The location was great, close to the popular areas of the city and plenty of restaurants and cafes to work from. I would absolutely come back next time, the place itself was super comfortable, and our host was super nice!

I have been to many properties, but this place is the best. Very clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable. We loved everything about this place. That is the best place in town to call home.

The house was modern, clean and spacious. We got there a little late because we stopped to get food and we soon learned that everything is pole pole in Tanzania -- there is no such thing as fast food. However, the host met us at the property and waited for us. We had been traveling over 24 hours when we arrived. Needless to say, we were very exhausted. The beds were comfortable and the robes were a nice touch. I would stay again and stay for longer next time.

The hospitality was great. We were welcomed by Weik with our keys, waters, and help with our bags. Erik was there for us for anything during our stay and it was suck a great place that I highly recommend.
