They did the best they could with the space they had, and it's definitely workable if you do not intend on cooking anything. It still provided you with everything you need for snacks and drinks. The yard was just beautiful. You can definitely sit outside and enjoy a lovely evening drinking on the patio looking out of the immaculate yard. It's a quiet neighborhood, so it's very relaxing.
