the staff was world class, from the cleaning staff to the receptionist to waiters. I come from Denmark and there is a huge difference from Denmark to the Czech Republic and the big difference it is It is, among other things, at Botel Racek that you can feel the care, the next love for the people and you can just feel the Czech culture being carried through at Botel Racek and it's absolutely fantastic What Botel Racek and Czech culture have in common is this love sociability helpful next love to the people you will find that at Botel Racek from the cleaners to the Receptionist to the servants. it is there at Botel Racek but us just in the Czech culture we Danes can learn from the Czech people finally thanks for everything thanks for felling all those things Botel Racek and the Czech people will forever have a special place in my heart and that of my wife if we could find work at botel racek or in the Czech Republic, we would have moved to the Czech Republic but finally thank you for a fantastic service Botel Racek Can be highly recommended to others

Helpful staff and great location

Five of us stayed here and we were all thrilled with the amazing accomodation. There’s a restaurant and a mini market in the camping area which is great. Everything was better than we had expected, the apartment is extremely clean which was very important to us, the hosts and people in the restaurant were very nice and welcoming. Absolutely happy with everything, would come back for sure!

A lovely place with a warm, caring owner and genuinely friendly staff. The food is fantastic, and the location is simply beautiful.
