Villa Contarini is a newly renovated and refurbished Venetian Villa to the highest standards with great professionality and historical charm. The en-suite room is very nice with an extremely comfortable bed and high quality bedding. The air-conditioning is very efficient. It is a huge value that you have access to the garden. The breakfast was served there and you can enjoy al-fresco dining during the day. The Villa is 10 min. walk from the vaporetto station or 2 min, walk from the bus. It is very conveniently located. The breakfast was very generous and was beyond the usual Italian style. It included not only sweet pastries but ham, cheese, fruits, nuts, joghurt, juices, coffee and tea. Michaela and Svet are excellent hosts and their guidance on history, art and architecture in Venice islands are truly valuable and should not be missed. They did all their efforts to accommodate my request and assure that I had a pleasant stay. A great thank you to make me feel at home in Villa Contarini.

We loved absolutely everything! The staff was amazing, and we want to give special thanks to Tamara. She was incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive — she told us about all the best local spots and made us feel truly welcome. Without her, our trip wouldn’t have been nearly as smooth and enjoyable. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance. Our room was spotless and well-equipped: comfy beds, air conditioning, a safe, beach towels — everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious, and the whole place has a warm and inviting atmosphere.
