The property is very new and clean! The decoration is well designed. The owner is very attention to details. Even TV remote is very clean . Parking is easy. We have a welcome wine and food which made us feel very welcome. On the balcony, the view is stunning! The kitchen is well equipped, all appliance are famous brand. The shower gel is ritual 😍

Everything, it was low season so most if not all places shut at 11pm as this is a very seasonal place, if that puts you off don’t come here in low season, end of. We had a car because we were travelling all over but this is perfectly set outside the hustle and bustle of Kotor and 10-15 minutes drive from Perast. If you don’t have a car it’s 7 euro each way to Kotor, few nice seafood only restaurants nearby. the jetty is down a few stairs into the sea, unreal clear waters. The host and her partner were perfect. If you are from the west it is so rewarding for the price, it has a piano, the balcony is the full stretch of the apartment, there’s binoculars we saw Mars, Jupiter and Venus (the later two while the sun was still up). The ladder of Kotor walk was a must do, stop at the “cheese shop” which is just some family’s house in the mountains half way through the walk but it’s a nice rest bite. by some cheese and watch all the cats come to eat it haha. would come back her in a heartbeat in better weather just to enjoy the jetty more, bbq and sun loungers there to use. paid 50quid a night, would t get this space and hospitality anywhere else in Europe in such an idyllic place. Hats off to Ljubica!

Mirjana was very nice and helpful. The place was clean and comfortable. We had a room with amasing view to the sea. There was a terrace and the garden. The place felt like backflash to the childhood.

The Ðjuricic family were absolute angels helping us in a very difficult situation with a broken down, Albanian car. We became friends over a difficult situation and learnt a lot about the local history of Kotor and were happy to be staying with, and to support,a local business. With breathtaking views and comfortable facilities,the place and the people made our trip and difficult situation more bearable and funny. The cat and two dogs were a welcome addition too:). The property is also very close to a larger and very nice beach as well a some restaurants and small shops.

Apartment was in a great location, a short walk out of the Old Town, and about 20 minutes from the Kotor Bus Station. Marija and her husband were both lovely hosts and made sure everything was comfortable - their dog also loved a cuddle! Apartment had everything you'd need for a self catered stay, and had its own entrance and facilities. The view across Kotor Bay is also highly recommended!
