Adorable place, convenient to ferry&bus and our favourite restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet, we had a great sleep!

Offering a garden and city view, Pension The Big Blue is situated in Katápola, 7.8 km from Monastery of Hozoviotissa and 70 metres from Katapola Port. It was wonderful from beginning to end! He met me at the port when my ferry arrived and helped me with my luggage to his accommodations, which were right near the port. Up high with BEAUTIFUL view of the port and Amorgos! The place is typically Greek with bright white buildings and bright blue shutters. Very clean, very comfortable bed and nice hot shower! He was so helpful with showing me where the bus stop is in town, the bus schedules, and anything else I needed. When I hand washed some clothes, he let me hang them out to dry on his line where he hung the bed sheets. Amorgos itself is so charming, quaint, and small - a refreshing change from my visit to Crete just before! Yet lots to do with a variety of terrain to enjoy! Then, he also helped me walk back to the port with my luggage upon my departure.

Located in Aegiali, 500 metres from Aegiali Beach, Erisimo offers beachfront accommodation and various facilities, such as a garden. Beautiful view. Sitting on the balcony under the umbrella is amazing. At night,  you can even hear the waves. Kitchen was equipped with detergent and, much appreciated, new sponge.  Simple but clean room. It's wonderful that the room is cleaned daily, with sheets and sparkling white towels (2 for each)  changed.  Lovely hosts who do all they can to make your stay perfect (they even gave us the chance to shower in another room in the afternoon , after checkout) which was great because a long trip with sand and salt on you is unpleasant. For 75 Euro/ night early July, absolutely worth it.

Located in Katapola of Amorgos, Diasino Apartments and Car Rental offers free WiFi and views of the port, the Aegean Sea and Katapola Village. I really appreciated Sofia meeting me at the port and taking me to the room. She waited at the port with a sign that said "Diasino." I originally stayed in room #5 and then switched to room #6 because I arrived a day later and had to extend a day when my plans shifted. I liked room #5 better between the two but they were both good. The showers were nice and the little balconies were a great bonus. I was able to leave my luggage with Sofia at the Hausbrandt coffee shop before my ferry. I also rented a car from Sofia's husband and it was very easy and convenient. I'd say book this hotel just for that convenience alone but the hotel is great and I highly recommend.

Set within a stone's throw of the scenic beach, Aelia Studios offers traditional, yet modern units in Aegiali. The port of Aegiali is at just 200 metres. Free WiFi is available. The room was very modern styled. Really nice. Big terrace overlooking the sea. The lively harbour with restaurants is near. Though quiet place.

Situated in Katápola, Thomas Villas on the beach Katapola offers beachfront accommodation 14 km from Monastery of Hozoviotissa and provides various facilities, such as a garden and barbecue... Angela is a wonderful hostess, always available to your every need. The location is terrific. Beautiful sunset views from our front porch. We sat a bit back from the road but we're so close to the action. Small walking distance to the ferry port, a beach, amazing restaurants and grocery stores. Parking right at the entrance of the room. We had many cat and chicken friends visiting daily. We highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are very functional. Large shower. Perfect for a couple.

Definitely the best place we stayed in Greece. Amorgos is a beautiful island with a lot to offer and Villa Le Grand Bleu is a great spot to enjoy it. The breakfast is simply amazing with home made food. you can notice is made with love. They gave us great tips about the island and picked us up at the port. Rooms are beautifully decorated and comfortable. We will definetely come back.
