Staff and service have exceeded any potential expectations. The level of attention is beyond what I have ever experienced. The hotel is gorgeous, the interior is a miracle. The beach is beautiful and it is extremely comfortable, you have service of great food and drinks with the click of a button and within a minute. The 'underground' to the beach is full marble with amazing smell and it is a pleasure to walk. This is a big advantage vs other similar 5 star hotels in Abu Dhabi and we looked into quite a few ones. The butler service is phenomenal, and everyone is extremely kind, and genuinely kind. You get some gift surprise almost every day, a fruit plate, a chocolate plate... All foods have been exceptional. Location is perfect. Really, hard to describe, it's been so spectacular, we can't wait to return, we definitely have been convinced. Thank you St Regis for the unforgettable week

Omg, what a Heaven! I have no words to describe people working there. Evey person there, from reception, Concierge Desk, security, cleaning staff, pool employees, workers dealing with baggages and doors, restaurant staff...everybody were absolut perfection. Because of people working in Ritz-Carlton, that hotel is a place you feel like you never want to leave and always return. Ms Selvia Kamel and Mr Emad Liddawi are flawless..

The location is superb, so chill and peaceful. The room was amazing and the staff went an extra mile to have it ready hours before the check-in time so we wouldn't wait for too long. The beach is awesome and the ambient, we loved it.

I loved everything about the hotel and certain staff who attended to us made everything memorable. Friendly and very helpful staff from the moment I landed to check out. Shout out to the staff who made my stay a memorable one - Joseph (who greeted me upon my arrival with a huge genuine smile), Myria who helped with my check in and showed me to my room even a short history about the hotel, Sechin and Palel the two men who took turns guarding the entrance of the wing I stayed in with my boss. They both greeted us in the morning with smiles on their faces and small geninue greetings and chats when we head out and come back in. To the staff who cleaned our room everyday, thank you so much. Thank you all for your excellent service. Stayed for 7 nights and had a marvelous time there.
