The agent, Francesco, was in communication from the start and greeted us at the property. The villa is a 5 minute walk from the beach and the Pop Up bar which has a wonderful view of the sunset. The villa has all amenities, everything works as it should and the surroundings are very calm and quiet. It is around a 10 minute walk to the commercial centre which has a large supermarket and a choice of eateries and a bus stop for travel to St Johns. We stayed for a week in February 2023 and thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location was very good, the beach was only two minute walk and we though it was the best beach we found in all Antigua.
