AustraliaThe staff were very polite and most helpful, they helped to arrange a taxi to take us over the pass as it was blocked for cyclists. We stayed in the guest house away from the main hotel as it suited our budget. We were the only ones staying there and we had the loft. Had the best sleep of our trip so far!
