BelgiumGreat staff - very polite and very welcoming. Stanislav and Katia makes you feel you are at your own home. Spacious, clean and comfortable room with balcony overlooking the beautiful surrounding mountains. Free parking space and in both sides of the hotel there were supermarkets. If you are planning to go to Borovets, I think this is a better option than the overpriced resort hotels and only 10 - 12 minutes by car from the slopes. Delicious home made food for dinner
