The location is new and nicely furnished, the mattress is very comfortable, and the apartment is spacious. There is a capsule coffee machine — compatible capsules can be found at LIDL or at the reception, from what I understood. The kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, a kettle, a small fridge, a washing machine, an oven, and an electric stove with an extractor hood. The pool is large and clean. During our stay, there were times when we had the pool all to ourselves. The beach is nearby, just a 2–3 minute walk away.

Amazing location right on the sea, the views were absolutely beautiful. It has a gorgeous outdoor area with a fruit garden and a lot of space to sit and relax. The room had everything necessary, a comfortable bed, bathroom with a separate shower-room, lovely views on the port. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by, and it’s right on the walkway by the sea which is great for an evening stroll. There is reserved parking space right by the house, which is super practical. The owner is kind and welcomed us with a small gift and a free upgrade of the room as there was free space in the house. The village is so peaceful and was exactly what we were seeking for a seaside retreat during our stay in Bulgaria. There are several beautiful beaches within short distance by car, but also Ahtopol’s own beaches are great and only a short walk away. I really encourage you to visit Ahtopol and stay at this hotel, it’s really a magical place and you will not regret it ❤️

It was very nice. We had a lovely two-room apartment. It had a kitchen corner, two balconies with a view on the sea and both rooms had air conditioning. The walls indeed are soundproof so we did not hear neighbours. Out balconies faced the new hotel across the road (so the view was in the direction of the beach), on the other side you would have view on the rocky part of the coast and sea and also the pool. The pool was nice (though it doesn't have a shallow end so if you have small kids, bring some flotation devices), the water may be a bit colder than in the sea but not too cold. The beach is a direct walk from the hotel, perhaps few hundred meters - it is sandy and doesn't get deep very quickly so its perfect for small kids. There is no restaurant in the hotel, however there are a lot of good restaurants around Ahtopol just a short walk away. Parking is infront of the hotel and free of charge, if there's no room then there is a big parking lot right next to the hotel and that is also free.

Located on the Bulgarian seaside, next to a small beach, has a terrace with a panoramic view of the Ahtopol Bay. You can use 1 whirlpools .
