The location, quiet area. accessible restaurants. the water taxi to Granville Island was steps away.

Kash, the landlord, remotely checked us in. He ensured that we had a good stay, promptly answering my questions by text or phone call. He is very helpful and friendly. We met him once, as he wanted to ensure the new air conditioning was installed. Kash is very engaging and kind. The apartment is in a lovely neighbourhood and residents/visitors we met in the lobby or lift were friendly and helpful. The building is kept very secure. It is bright, lots of light (window blinds keep light out at night)and very warm, even when the weather was cooler. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is a walk-in shower with a small step, which I was able to use. There is newly installed air conditioning in the living room/kitchen area which is very effective and fans in each of the 2 bedrooms, which work well.The bedrooms each have double beds and were comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer, so we were able to wash and dry clothes as needed. We made breakfast every day in the kitchen, which is fully equipped, with a hob and oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.I love swimming, so used the swimming pool in the building, which is great. The apartment is in a fantastic location: a short walk from Hornby St dock for the Aquabus ferries, which take you to different docks in Vancouver, the nearest (and a very short ride) is Granville Island- which we love. The apartment is centrally located, and it is easy to walk around Vancouver. I took short taxi rides around Vancouver, as I have mobility problems and cannot drive. They were short rides because the apartment is in such a great location. Easy to get to the many wonderful restaurants in the city, including Granville Island, we ate out every day. Vancouver is a city for foodies, culture and outdoor sports and activities. We were there during the Jazz Festival and saw brilliant musicians in different locations, which were easy to get to.

We had an incredible stay at the Penthouses of Beach Ave in Vancouver. The location is perfect, offering stunning views and easy access to the best of the city. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a fantastic visit. Chris was exceptionally nice and helpful, ensuring our stay was smooth and enjoyable from start to finish. His attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction made a significant difference in our experience. We wholeheartedly recommend Penthouses of Beach Ave for anyone looking to have a memorable stay in Vancouver.

Lovely apartment. Only stayed one night as we were heading off on cruise the next day. Everything we needed was there.

well equipped and clean great location near to Granville Market

Amazing, modern, cool property. Loved the privacy, the projector with huge screen and streaming services, the lay-out and of course the surrounding. Close tp trails, a bus ride away from downtown. Thanks to the hosts!
