This is probably the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Customer Service was excellent, the staff were so friendly and helpful. Super clean, bedrooms cleaned and refreshed every day. Very quiet but central to everything and not far from the main train station. Excellent value for money.

Room was spacious and felt like a small apartment. Great getaway in the city, was super private when we were in the room, friendly staff, especially the housekeeper. Location was prime, we found walking was faster than Uber anyhow, but everything we wanted to see was within walking distance, ie. CN Tower, Lighthouse ArtSpace, Aquarium, and has super close amenities like grocery stores (inside the mall), coffee shops, residents, bars and more.

Featuring an indoor pool, hot tub and spa, Novotel Toronto Centre is located within a 10-minute walk of Toronto Union Station and Air Canada Centre.

When we arrived we were upgraded to a harbour view suite that had been recently renovated. The suite was very clean, modern, bathroom and shower were lovely, filtered water tap in the bathroom as well, sensored lights the moment you stepped out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. The beds were very comfy and the pillows were amazing too. Staff very helpful, breakfast buffet was really good something for everyone, fresh omelets and eggs made too. We needed to get a taxi to the airport and they arranged one of their private cars to take us. Service at the hotel was amazing and very good location for us to get to the CN Tower and Roger Centre.

This downtown Toronto hotel is 6 minutes' drive from the CN Tower and Rogers Centre. Free WiFi and a hot continental breakfast are provided.

Perfect location. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely view of the islands (between skyscrapers). Would recommend for a stay in toronto.
