Great place to stay outside of town in the ‘jungle’, monkeys, humming birds inclusive. The wooden homes are equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Modern, clean and comfortable. 5min drive from Samara Beach. Friendly and helpful host. Definitely recommend staying here!

Beautiful little oasis tucked away from the main area of town but an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants.JP is such a nice man and a fabulous host. Clean, beautifully done rooms and a lovely common area around the pool. We saw a family of monkeys beside us in the trees on our last afternoon.

The hotel is positioned in a lush garden, creating a relaxing environment. Jenna is friendly, warm and welcoming. The beds are the most comfortable we have had in Costa Rica, and the rooms cosy. There are amazing beach walks near by, and Samara approximately 20 minutes walk. Free bikes also available.

Breakfast included with hotel stay. Every morning fresh fruit was served along with several breakfast options The beach was a very short walk away and a wonderful place to see a spectacular sunset. Also Carillo beach a little farther but palm trees provided shade if you wanted a break from the sun. Beautiful beach and great for swimming. Dinner was as good or better than any restaurants we experienced in town

Casa Buenavista is located in Carrillo, 300 meters from the beach. It offers air-conditioned rooms in a tropical garden.
