I was there on business for 2 nights and did not stay a lot of time in the apartment but it is a much better choice than any business hotels nearby. Basically you have your own private beach, with clear Med water! Secondly the house is very spacy, with all apliances you might need during your holiday. The balcony has a partial seaside view and the planes landing made my holiday really special.The location is very clean and quiet(we are used to the normal traffic on the steeet). It could be a good idea to have 2 chairs on the covered balcony facing the street because one can enjoy the sunset and the charm of the view as well.
