I cannot tell you how incredible this booking was. 10/10 doesn’t do it justice. Complete safety in a gated community, incredible views and then the property itself is immaculate and has everything you need. I’m just sad we only needed 2 days here. The host was and is fantastic too; so friendly and attentive. Perfect score, perfect stay.

Our host was amazing, providing a very warm welcome and helping us out with recommendations for things to do. The property is close to town but quiet and provides amazing views across Bakio.

Our family (two adults, two toddlers) travel internationally often. This was by far the most memorable stay we've ever had. The room is sits in a historic port area that feels like a slice of Greece. It opens out onto a courtyard serving pintxos. Across the courtyard, an incredible view of the sea. The room itself is modern and fresh- and soundproof. Despite being in the center of action, we didn't hear a thing with the doors and windows closed. The space was perfect for our stay and was close to everything we needed, including the beach, groceries, and dining. The area is mostly locals and very few tourists, which we loved. What stood out the most were the hosts. It was truly one-of-a-kind hospitality. At one point, the host even drove our family miles out to a hospital to have my feverish toddler seen. Because of the historic nature of the space, it was a 10-year process to have the space approved and renovated. It shows in every small and thoughtful detail. If we're back in the Bilbao area, we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Great location and beautifully appointed apartment. Had everything we needed including some basic requirements for cooking such as oil, salt and pepper, etc. Very clean and comfortable. Very close to the beach, train station and bars/cafes.
