The breakfast was excellent, couldn't fault it, excellent range of choice, cooked from scratch and served piping hot. Bar was great, nice mix of hotel guests, tourists and friendly locals, really good atmosphere. Location was fantastic, right on the beachfront overlooking the pier. It was in a perfect location literally round the corner from the seafront with access to all the local facilities like shops and restaurants - supermarket literally 2mins away. Plenty of space inside for a group of 8, with two living rooms with which to chill out after a long coastal walk, plus with the added benefit of a hot tub to be enjoyed. Lots of great bike rides on quiet lanes. Ice-cream, fish and chips, beautiful sunsets! Fabulous accommodation. Great seafront location with all amenities on the doorstep. If you’re staying a week, I recommend purchasing the 7 day ticket in Meadow Rd car park which works out cheaper than the daily rate.
