Clean, bright, and welcoming hotel with a good crew. The front rooms offer sea views of a beautiful and active estuary—kite surfers, surfers, tour boats, fishing craft, leisure craft, and some cargo vessels. Breakfast was served in a bright airy room and was excellent. Best value for money in recent memory.

The location was beautiful on the beach , the main entrance so beautiful ( charming antique furniture costal look ) feels like home , I loved the private spacious setting room with the sea view for guests( games boxes latest magazine drinks so at home feeling ) quite and aromatic get away .( I booke 1 night extended it to 3 nights .

The hotel is perfect. We had a spacious family room with an amazing view over Torquay Bay. The breakfast was fantastic, and the staff were so helpful with my gluten free diet. We will definitely be going back to stay in the near future.

Friendly and helpful staff, good english breakfast and delicious dinner. Best Creme brûlée I ever had. Without car you have to consider that you walk about 20min to the centre and 40min to the train station. And between hotel and the centre is a hill. Some buses go near to the hotel. The view from the hotel is beautiful.
