Very homely. Like stepping into a warm cocoon when the wind is blustery. Loved my characterful attic bedroom even if I had to mind my head. Steve is a genial host; he brings people together for breakfast which is delicious, nutritious and generous and he caters for vegetarians. It’s like staying in someone’s home, which it is. And he’s a good source for local information. I departed before breakfast so he left a generous cut lunch for me to take away, which was enough for breakfast and lunch.
