The gated parking was exceptional/necessary. The common areas were really lovely and welcoming. The staff were very helpful and accommodating of needs. The refillable filtered water provided in the room and accessible 24hours in flat or still was a very welcome feature by our group. Thank you for providing such lovely accommodations and a relaxing experience.

The hotel is located in the heart of Portsmouth, next to the D-Day museum, the room was excellent and the shower room was really nice, the receptionist was welcoming, explained how to park and how to go to the Isle of Wight, the hotel has a good restaurant in a nice garden where breakfast is served.
