Personal service - they went over and beyond in providing excellent service. We had breakfast and dinner and the food was amazing (though a tad pricey, but worth it).

The chalet itself was lovely had everything needed for our weeks stay. The setting is fantastic with stunning views across the loch. It's in a perfect location for loads of things to do around the area we have been to the park before so knew the area. The hot tub was a fab extra that we didn't have last time and it was well used.

Very comfortable room. Hosts were super friendly and very accommodating. I would have no hesitation in staying again or recommending to anyone else planning a stay in Fort William. We used it as a base to climb Ben Nevis which it was perfect for.
