Fantastic location with a sea and beach view , immaculately clean , modern fixtures and fittings , local shopping within walking distance , friendly host , street parking with no restrictions ( although not guaranteed if peak season ) great price .

Small room but warm and a really comfortable bed and a lovely shower. Excellent restaurant we really enjoyed our meal. Fantastic breakfast options. After the hustle & bustle of Weston-super-mer it was lovely to spend a night in this quiet corner and walk on the beautiful beach accross the road in the morning after breakfast. Freindly staff. Amazing value for money.

We had an upgrade with Genius on Booking.com so stayed in the King size with sea view for the price of a standard double. This was midweek in December. The room was enormous with a superb view. Warm and cosy on a cold winter night. Good WiFi. Clean. Only a few rooms were occupied. Breakfast was cereals, juice, then freshly cooked Full English. All good. We often visit family in Weston and I definitely think we will go back to the York. Apart from the fantastic room upgrade, it was clean, warm, friendly staff, great breakfast.

Located on the beachfront in Brean, 2 Bedroom 1st floor flat Brean has a private beach area and is close to Brean Beach.

Super clean and well furnished. I really appreciated all of the extras! While I wasn't travelling with kids, there was a great assortment of dvds and games. Nice having the variety of spices and a well equipped kitchen.

The rooms were lovely & clean, tea & coffee facilities & cold water in fridge & an electric fan was. Pleasant addition in these hot nights. Restaurants & bars in street below so no need to drive. Overall lovely stay.

A beautiful apartment in the seaside town of Burnham-on-Sea. I have been visiting Burnham for many years as my elderly Mum lives there. This year I was unable to stay in her residential care home and looked for a suitable place for me and my daughter to stay for 3 nights before Christmas. What a lovely surprise we both got when we arrived at Seashell Luxury apartment. The place was so welcoming and the host had even put up Xmas decorations and a lovely xmas tree with lights. We spent a very happy and comfortable few days and we would very happily return in the future. Many thanks!

The hot tub was great! The surroundings were relaxing with lovely costal walks. The hosts were friendly and were there to answer any questions. The cabin was spotlessly clean and had a lovely smell. We enjoyed seeing the chickens roaming the grounds and playing fetch with Poppy the dog. The BBQ was easy to use and had the utensils needed for ease. The garden space with the lounge chairs were great for relaxing on in the sunshine. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to book again in the future.
