It was everything we asked for! A lovely, modern house, perfect yard with shower, very nice set of garden furniture, two beautiful mulberry trees, small laundry shed, cats, warm neighbours, crickets in a nearby forest. The beach is so close you don't need to take anything with you, like us- we preferred to spend an hour in the sea, then go to our yard to enjoy the day. It was a perfect summer holiday in an authentic, small Greek town.

Amazing place, on the roof of a wonderful villa. The roof apartment is surrounded by trees and it gives you such a sense of peace as you ve never felt before. Also ot provides seclusion. The apartment is fully equipped with anything you might need. The kitchen has everything. The big TV and the fast Internet are a major plus. But the most amazing thing is the shower cabin which is right on the back of the apartment. You can shower and watch the stars!! It's beautiful! Mrs Anni is an excellent host! Also the beach is just 50m away from the property. I recommend this apartment to everyone who want to feel at home while away from home.

Location is perfect for families with kids, quiet, across the best part of the whole beach. We stayed in July and beach was not crowded at all, which is great for kids. Apartment has everything you need and more, lots of space too. Melina was a great host, we will definitely come back. Highest recommendation.

The personal was Amazing starting from Ioachim at the reception and ending with George at the Sky Bar 🍸. Very professional and polite. Every question was answered and situation solved. Hotel looks amazing new...clean and quite....when I am in the area of Thesaloniki I will definitely come back.

The room was small, basic but very cosy with all essentials you’d need. It was spotless clean and the toilet is newly renovated and very stylish. The mattress of the bed and pillows are super comfortable. It’s great for short stays, in a calm and peaceful area just few steps to the beach. Available free parking in front of the hotel. The wi-fi worked well too.

We were given breakfast in paper bags because we left at 5am to catch our flight. That has never happened before, We were thoroughly impressed with their "breakfast-to-go" service. We were also given another room because the first room had a faulty door lock.

The hotel looks new, attractive, and representative, and it is literally a 1-minute walk to the beach, with a touch of luxury. The rooms are tidy, clean, and equipped with a kitchenette, which is very convenient for preparing simple meals. The beds and pillows are comfortable and clean. The rooms have balconies/terraces, allowing for a pleasant sitting area. The receptionists are extremely friendly, professional, and strive to respond quickly and help guests with anything they need. Personally, I like that there isn’t a lot of staff constantly present in the hotel, allowing you to relax and feel like you are at home, which hasn’t been the case in other hotels I’ve stayed at. This is the only hotel where I felt as relaxed as if I were in a private apartment. Within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, you can find everything you need for a vacation—supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The hotel itself and the surrounding area are quiet, without crowds or noise, making it excellent value for money.
