Perfect location, immaculate rooms and the staff (George) were so friendly and helpful, couldn’t do enough for you. Right next to the beach, great cocktails and the room has shutters on the doors and windows which are perfect for siestas and sleeping in - Couldn’t fault it. We got a sea-view room with a wrap-around balcony and it made us feel like VIPs with incredible views from all sides, made watching sunset and sunrise magical.

From the moment we arrived, we felt we were being looked after and truly on holiday. This relatively new hotel is built into the hillside in the pretty location of Plaka. All rooms have the most breathtaking view over towards Spinalonga and the coast so you can watch the little boats making their journeys. We had a room with a pool which is much larger than in other hotels. We also had a balcony area and ate there one night with the staff making it so romantic for us. The room was large with a Nespresso machine and twice a day staff checked for cleaning so we always had lovely fresh towels. There was also a turn down service too and a healthy option to the usual chocolate on the pillow! We loved the novel funicular which transports you up and down the floors. I used the gym which was great and also had my hair done twice by the most lovely visiting hairdresser, Fotini Kaltsou. The hotel arranged this. Jean at the spa was really helpful too. As other reviewers have stated, all the staff across the entire hotel are so friendly and efficient. Nothing is too much trouble. Everything was incredible here and we are looking at possibly planning our wedding at the hotel.

Very nice hotel with amazing views. We also tried the two on premises restaurants as well as the food at the beach bar. All was really good and tasty. The hotel stuff is also extremely professional and courteous. All in all a great stay. Upon arrival we decided to upgrade to a deluxe room and make our stay a bit more special.

Our family had the most amazing holiday at Domes of Elounda. What we liked the most is that everything we asked for, from switching the lights on and keeping them on every night on the tennis court to all kind of different requests at the beach area, the staff would accommodate with the smile on their faces. The culture that exists at the Domes from the general manager George, Lena through all ranks down is a top notch . We cannot recommend enough this place . Keep the good work up and looking forward to coming again.

Contemporary living at its best! Best water views complete with sunset & small private beach across the road. Fantastic outdoor area (sun till about 3pm) with a huge lap pool. (unfortunately pics did not do justice to these areas) Great facilities, including sauna and laundry & large basement as a second entertainment area for kids! And short walk to quaint little town. Also 15 minutes drive to Plaka, lovely beach and 20mins to Agio Nikolaos. Overall very impressed! thanks to fabulous hosts Vasia & Giorgios.

Perfect location. Perfect Private beach . We reserved the room with a private pool and it was great. Staff were friendly and helpful. We would surely recommend the resort

Location was great. Right on the beach, but if you walk 100ft south the beach is much better. You can walk easily to restaurants, caffes and the local marina. The room was very spacious. We had 2 separate rooms, a kitchen and 2 balconies. The place was very quiet (but plenty of cicadas all over crete). The windows were sound proof! The kitchen was great. The ac was perfect. The beds were more comfortable then most hotels. Highly recommended!!! Free parking on site.

What to say that's not been said already. What a stunning gem. My sisters and I had a totally fabulous and relaxing stay at Tsifliki Beach House. The views from the terrace are breathtaking especially at dawn and sunset. Easy walk into Elounda and Plaka for beautiful shops and restuarants. The private beach is so peaceful and the family are so welcoming and helpful. You will not be disappointed and we will definitely return.
