The property is located very close to the Gialova Beach and few kilometers to Voidokilia beach. There is around an olive tree orchard. The owner is very friendly. House is more than clean. The owner speak well English, so is very easy to communicate. The view from the house about Navarino bay is amazing !!! There are more historical places in the neighborhood. (Nestor Palace, Pylos Castle, Methoni Castle)

In a fantastic location by the sea at the end of the Pylos village, this small hotel is one of the best places to stay in the Peloponnese. You have the impression you are in the water. Very nice and helpful staff, excellent breakfast on the top floor with stunning view. the beach on the rocks is also just great. A must!!

What a wonderful 4th stay here! Even better than the other 3 stays before! This is a piece of heaven, if not the whole heaven in a slice of happiness! But, but: mediocre breakfast, every year the same, the same, something should be impovred, changed for those who come every summer; food at the restaurants crazy expensive for what they provide; this summer it was a celebration of dog owners :( and it gave the whole resort an unfortunate pet craziness "vibe" :( this is such an oasis of elegance in which this aspect doesn't fit :(; stray dogs in the Agora area, on the terrace of Parafrasi restaurant while eating!! this is so unacceptable, we were being told by a waiter that it's something normal, "Navarino dogs", stray dogs, almost reaching your plate :( This is heaven itself, with everything it has to offer, and if it will always be possible, we will be back as long as we shall live, but even paradise has it's problems. Efharisto!

This is a fantastic property, a family enterprise managed with the heart by Katerina. We are very picky on cleanliness and this property is super clean, disinfected, towels superb, room spacious, it could take 2 adults and 2 children. The breakfast was included and very good. Katerina was very helpful with ourmany queries. The sandy beach across the road is vast, the waters very clean and suitable for children. Spectacular views on the 3 islands across. No noise from the road because of good windows. This place is ideal for people who need to rest, enjoy the ocean, go snorkeling, rent a boat in Methoni to the islands. Sunbeds and drinks are available on either side of this big beach.

We definitely recommend the accommodation! We spent 5 great days there with our one-year-old son. We even got a better and bigger room than we ordered. Thank you! Breakfast was great. The pool was big and we especially appreciated the large part of the pool for our child.
