The view and proximity to the beach were amazing. It is quite a hike up the hill from the harbour but it only takes about 7 mins. We only went down to the harbour of an evening as we spent the day sunbathing at the villa and going to the sea for a dip or to get a drink at the lovely taverna. All of which is a 2 min walk away. Property was gorgeous inside and well maintained. The owner was very helpful in her communication too.

Very tastefully equipped, top quality it is a real nice hideaway. We loved the quiet morning on the terrace, fully equipped household, superb location. It’s only 10 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the restaurant and supermarket. This property is probably one of the best places to rent on the island. It is perfectly located - on the side of little bay - 5 minutes walk to restaurants and the very center, but far enough to have some privacy. Beautiful view from the master bedroom. The terrace is a perfect place to relax and it is possible to swim just across the pavement in the crystal clear and clean water. Hosts are vwey kind and helpful.

Our stay in onar residence was excellent, the residence is carefully designed, and in perfect harmony with the chalki island architecture, new and modern. The daily housekeeping by Miss Irma was excellent, the perfect concierge service when needed by Miss Katherina is impeccable and flawless. The resident is a just a few steps from beach acess and has a private sunning terrace with sunbeds and umbrellas for its guests. I highly recommend this residence to those who prefers an upscale accomodation in the beautiful Chalki Island.

Location, comfort and convenience. We loved the direct access to the beautiful clean and clear sea and the inclusion of a double kayak was a bonus. Watching the sunrise from the terrace every morning. Nothing at Sea Breeze has been overlooked. Every comfort and convenience has been well considered. Halki and this villa are amazing! It is exactly as in the pictures, beautiful, modern and clean. There were local wine, honey and jams waiting for me in the kitchen, a nice extra touch. Easy to contact the friendly owner via whatsapp if any questions. The best part is the villa's own seaside access - a feature worth every penny. The only minor downside is that the swimming platform is not 100 % private, it is shared with this villa and the next one (both have their own terraces, but share the stairs to the sea).
