Fabulous new property, spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated, and right next to the beach! A very nice beach too - sandy with beach bars, restaurants and loungers. Location could not have been better. We couldn’t have asked for better hosts - they were extremely kind and responsive, and went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable.

This place is so beautifully designed and new, we would have loved to stay longer! Best place if you search something beautiful close to Athens or the airport. Extremely friendly and attentive owner. Everything was just perfect!

I highly recommend, the apartment is new and very comfortable, suitable for families with children as there are swings in the yard. There is a very good tavern nearby, 5 minutes walk away and the beach is rocky but 200 meters to the left there is a small bay very good for swimming. The host is very friendly and meets all needs. Thank you for a very good vacation! We will definitely come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Seaview Beach House. The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and the perfect place to unwind away from the hustle of busy tourist areas. It offered a peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to relax and recharge. George was a fantastic host—very accommodating and helpful. He met us personally for the key handover and went above and beyond by sharing great local dining recommendations. He even arranged our airport transfer through a local taxi company, which made our departure stress-free. The home’s location directly opposite the water was a real highlight. We enjoyed a refreshing swim before heading back to Australia, which was the perfect end to our trip. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with thoughtful hosting and beautiful surroundings.

The apartment was just Perfect ,beautiful and clean, has everything you need and some extra touches here and there to make our stay even more comfortable.. The owner was super friendly,kind and very helpful. The beach was just 30 steps away. Many beautiful cafes and restaurants all along the beach front. Many shops all around. Plenty of parking space and overall a very safe feeling. Highly recommend if you would like a nice relaxing stay outside of the busy streets of Athens. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
