The location was great as the view to the sea and lovely sunsets were great! The hotel hall was very nice, the room quiet and with a large balcony facing the sea. Wonder swimming pool with great umbrella! The staff was super friendly and always happy to help! At breakfast, they were taking food out even last minute!

I don't know where to start. I haven't had such a good experience for a long time. The property is a family business and as a visitor you can see and feel it every minute. You are welcome and you are treated as a friend. Staff is always there when you need them and help you with whatever you may need. I did not hear "no" as an answer although I had many questions about different services and things which were not even related to the hotel. So they do not only care about the hotel but also about the place they are operating in. Hotel is located in Marmari which is a small village in Evia. You can Rafina-Marmari ferry to get there. From the port it's reachable by foot, but if you have a lot of things or have some trouble walking I would recommend to take a taxi as the hotel is located on top of the hill and the road is pretty steep. Our room was perfect. It was big enough and had a balcony facing the sea and the pool. Breakfast was simple but good. I would suggest to have an option to order a proper cappuccino for an extra fee as they make great coffee, but the one they have for breakfast is not as good. Pool is fantastic. Water is clean and not too warm. And what is absolutely brilliant - they are not using usual chloride but some kind of salt, so the water is gentle for eyes does not leave any bad smell to your swimwear. And now we get to the biggest surprise. I have been really sceptical about hotel restaurant and I still will be in the future, but this poolside restaurant was something different. It all starts with great people who work with passion. The service there was spot on and should be an example to many restaurants. The food was DELICIOUS! We did not plan to eat there that much, but found ourselves having a dinner two times + some snacks as well. And if you want to have your food paired with a good wine, ask for John who will find the perfect match to your appetiser, main or dessert.

Host communicated one day in advance for estimated arrivals and if we needed any support. They waited us at the premises to collect the key and gave us necessary instructions as well as trips for nearby restaurants and beaches. The stay has been a very good value for money. The bungalows were not very modern but at the same time the price was not high. The important thing was that they space was clean and kitchen had the necessary appliances. The place was perfect for pets due to the garden. We will definitely revisit

Magnificent hotel, in excellent location on the edge of Karystos yet close to all amenities. Incredible, spacious, modern and tastefully decorated suite with enormous balcony overlooking the sea. Delicious breakfast with homemade dishes and restaurant on site, looked good though didn’t eat there. Very accommodating hosts. Many thanks for making our stay so pleasant!

I stayed here for around 3,5 weeks in October. It's relaxed, beautiful hotel garden and terrace, great view from morning to evening, the rooms are clean and functional the wifi/internet was stable and fast enough. the hotel has a unique location, the city at a walkable distance but still at the edge, close beaches 1min away, that are beautiful, very helpful and super-friendly staff. very good breakfast, I appreciated everything here and felt like a human being, not a paying number

The host was very helpful and so kind. The accomodation was exactly was pictured and very serene. We had everything we needed and more. We had 3 tvs, 2 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, a hair dryer, etc. Nice view and a short walk to the beach. I highly recommend this hotel! The beach nearby is so refreshing and affordable drinks!

The place is very tranquile and serene in a beautiful location surrounded by nature. The house has everything needed and the city is only 10' driving distance. The owners, who live downstairs, are very helpful and responsive yet discreet. There are windows all around leading to beautiful sea endless blue views. There are two private beaches where you descend from the house with crystal clear waters. Thank you everything for your stay, it was a marvelous vacation.
