The landlord was amazing! Extremly nice, provided a list of places to go, offered us to book the trips for us. I felt like at home! Really clean, air-conditioning available, accomodation has its own sea access, has a garden with sunbeds. Has it‘s own parking area. we liked that we had a kitchen where we cooked sometimes and ate on our balcony or in the garden. it‘s about 10min by foot from the center of Kavos but we liked it that way as it is quiet in this area in comparison with the rest of Kavos so we could sleep very well and the little walk to the center was great!

Of all the booking.com accommodations I rate this as the best that we have stayed at - very modern, spacious, very friendly and informative hosts. Be aware that even though this accommodation is an hour drive from Corfu Town, there are regular ferry crossings from the main land with a shorter duration and at a better rate.

Location was superb. Welcoming staff, sound of the waves, It was really busy bu you didn't feel overwhelmed. Delightful stay. Should have booked for a longer stay.
