HungaryAbsolutely loved it!!!! Its exactly what I wanted. Its in the middle of nowhere 🤣 You can wake up of the sounds of birds and insects! Breakfast was included, I got a bowl of fruits, delicious. And there is wifi but at the kitchen area.

SwitzerlandThe room we stayed in was quite basic, but the general atmosphere of the hotel is great! Very relaxing with beautiful views of the jungle. The staff were incredibly friendly and the cat was so cute! The food at the hotel was delicious and I really liked the 'family style' dinner where everyone eats at the same time and the menu changes every day.

Private room had an amazing sunset view with hammock. The room itself was okay - standard for Central America. Also liked being able to swim in the lake right next to the restaurant- so refreshing!
The pita platter was filling and tasty in the restaurant.
The semuc champey tour was so fun!

We loved our stay here. The property is breathtaking and the location is perfect. The staff were so friendly and the food was delicious. We are family style every night and made some lovely friends here. We are a couple but it would also be such a good spot for a solo traveller too. There is also a little beach onto the river at the hostel where you can have a chill day relaxing. We only had three nights here but we wish we had more.

Location on the river is superb - so beautiful and tranquil.
The vibe of the whole place is wonderful - open, green, lots of flowers and a beach vibe.
The on-site restaurant is quite good (the French toast is highly recommended!) and they have a great happy hour
