IndiaExcellent Budget Ayurveda Retreat Near Cochin International Airport ,Serene location, great food and friendly, helpful and attentive staff. I was unwell when I arrived and had a consultation with the Ayurvedic doctor who was very knowledgeable and helped me recover. A great place for rest and relaxation. I had 2 massages and practiced the intermediate yoga . I would highly recommend Namasthe Ayurveda and I had a wonderful stay here. I would 100% come again in the future. Thank you.....
