Buffet was good, nice spread, location on the beach with good view of the Arabian sea from the room was awesome. Only negative was that the Hotel is quite old and some furnishings need to be changed. Good value for the money paid though.

location is amazing . actually the property is very nice . just the painting works needs to be improved . right in front of beach . beach hotel serves good food . value for money
