Property itsefl is very beautiful, very close to the beach. Rooms are nice and well equipped. There is very nice kitchen equipped in everything is needed (with washing machine) and living room. On the second floor you will find an amazing terrace with big table and hammocks. Breakfast is served everyday on the terrace, which are by the way delicious. Best thing of staying here is the greates host I ve ever met. Saajev is very kind, helpful and funny guy who can help you with anything you need, he can arrange the scooters and show you the neighbourhood. honestly we spent 4 nights here and had the best in India. I do really recommend to stay here, we will come back for sure.

Very comfortable and clean accommodation, beds had mosquito nets which was great. Staff are lovely and make you a great breakfast (go for some local breakfast on request). Good food in restaurant right next to it and a short walk to others. Short walk to beach and other bars etc.

I stayed in the non-sea-view room at Shoonya and it felt truly luxurious — One specific detail I liked was their bed. The best part was the open-roof shower — showering under the sky was amazing. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay at this resort and can wholeheartedly recommend it. The rooms are very well equipped, clean, comfortable, and exceptionally quiet, allowing us to truly rest and recharge. The overall atmosphere is peaceful and very well maintained. The location is excellent — very close to the beach and also near a lively avenue full of shops, where you can find everything you might need. Having both a shop and a restaurant on-site is a great convenience, as everything is easily within reach. The service deserves special recognition. The staff is extremely kind, attentive, and always nearby, ready to help with almost any request. Their hospitality is outstanding — warm, caring, and highly professional. We truly felt looked after throughout our stay. Special thanks to Sruthi and Manu for their kindness, dedication, and excellent service. We would also like to express our appreciation to the manager, Sajeesh, whose professionalism and leadership were clearly reflected in the high quality of service.

The host was very nice and attentive, helped me with other things I needed that were not part of the booking such as a taxi to the airport. Compared to other places in Varkala, it was exceptionally quiet. The apartment was very clean and spacious, just a few minutes walk to Cafe Sarwaa and Trip is Life where I enjoyed good food and amazing views. There is also access to the beach through Cafe Sarwaa which was clean and without too many people and noise. I was just sad that I could not stay longer. I highly recommend this place!

Tiny Temple is a rare gem set back from a quiet section of 'the strip' close to Black Beach. Swati, the host, couldn't be sweeter. He was really helpful and made us feel completely at home. The location and view from the rooftop/deck is unbeatable and the price was totally reasonable (we were there just before 'high' season). New Wifi is being installed which will be the cherry on top! Another perk was the fine folks at Elina's Clifftop Restraunt (next door) who were really accommodating and even offered room/rooftop service. My daughter and I took a risk on a spot without reviews and in this case we're so glad we did. Can't recommend it highly enough.

We loved our stay at Kerala Cottage. The location is perfect, you step out the cottage and you’re 10 steps from a beautiful beach, and stunningly warm ocean. It was great being just far enough from Varkala cliff to have serenity but also east access to all the restaurants and facilities. The major upside was the lack of others on the beach and not having to climb a cliff after a swim. All the staff and management couldn’t help us too much, it was a great stay with great breakfasts!

The resort is right on the beach. Very convenient and beautiful views. Peaceful and serene. Basic toiletries were provided. AC was working well. Staff was friendly and polite. Great cold coffee. Food was decent.

Everything. The location is superb. Right on the beach and between North and South Cliffs so in perfect reach of everything you could need. All the staff were friendly, cheerful, helpful. The room was clean with good storage.

A beautiful place just 50 metres to the beach. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. There is a tasty restaurant right on the beach so you can have breakfast looking out over the ocean. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended.
