It's very uncommon for me to give full marks to a place but this place is totally unique, few hundreds of meters from the nearby university, highest point in Ancona with an historic landmark inside the propery and a rare within-the-town farmhouse whose products you can taste for breakfast ... and also the room is bigger than a standard junior suite and has a very large bathroom with both shower and bath tub! We stayed one night with friends. Everything was great. The apartment is cosy, clean and with a nice view. Beds are comfortable. There is an elevator. The owner was very friendly and hospitable. We arrived later than expected but there was automatic check in. Air conditioning really helped 😊
