This guest house exceeded all our expectations, I can really recommend it to everyone. Every little detail was taken care of, it was very clean and the breakfast was delicious. The beach was also close, while the train station was about 10 minutes away. So all in all, there is nothing negative to say.

Debora, the owner was most welcoming, kind, charming and hospitable.
Nothing was too much trouble.
Perfect location, room was exceptionally clean and Debora had thought of everything.
The breakfast was a real treat not to be missed.
Would go back in a heartbeat.
Highly recommended.

Everything was lovely, the setting is beautiful, the rooms are modern, the breakfast is good, the view wonderful. We stayed on a rainy weekday off season so did not get to enjoy the terrasse or the beach, but would have wanted to!

This hotel is like a pearl, perfect view over the lake, swimming pool and the area around excellent and also nice to have a private beach.
Staff helpful and everything very clean, both the lobby and the rooms.
Shower was really good and food at the restaurant was really really good both the breakfast and the dinner, they had also a fresh orange juice and for our 12 days stay in Italy that was the only hotel who offered that for free. Bonus point for that.
