Hotel in the good location on the sea, away from the centre. Spacious rooms, a nice balcony . Clean room and bathroom, good and convenient parking inside. We will return and we will definitely recommend it!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is truly beautiful and luxurious, featuring air conditioning in three rooms, and a modern bathroom. The spacious balcony stretches across the entire width of the apartment and opens up to a stunning seaside bay with views in multiple directions. Located on the fourth floor with elevator access, the apartment is centrally situated—perfect for train and bus connections, especially to and from Rome and Naples. In fact, being halfway between Rome and Naples makes it an ideal base for exploring both cities. The service was outstanding. Breakfast could be delivered directly to the room, which was a lovely touch. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, flexible, and professional—everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommended!

Gliù is an excellent host. Very quite and clean. Location for public transport is good. Lovely fresh grapes available every morning. Good local coffee shops and restaurants near by. On the francigene way which was very important for us.

No breakfast included. But there is a very good cafe within 100M. And directly across the road there is Caseificio Santa Lucia with the best Buffalo Mozzarella in the world!. It would be a crime not to try it. Town centre is an easy 10min walk.

Excellent place: very clean, well equipped, comfortable, good location and most of all, amazing hostess! Over all 10/10 would recommend. Ps: all the rooms have AC which is a blessing.

Great apartment, very clean, spacious and comfortable. well equipped kitchen although we didn’t get to use it. nice view from the balcony and beautiful street outside. the owner was very friendly and let us check out later without a problem. also very good value for money!
