Very friendly and helpful hosts. Antonio kindly helped me to bring heavy luggage to the 3rd floor by stair and gave all possible hints on Gaeta attractions. Great location, just a few min walk from the beach, spacious bedrooms, nice brekky, reserved parking right next to the entrance (EUR 10 per day)

We stayed here while walking the Via Francigena, and it was straight out onto the route the following morning. We loved this apartment, it was close to all amenities, was well equipped with everything we needed including heating and a hot shower (much needed at the end of a long day walking). Our host was beyond warm and welcoming and went out of her way to ensure we were able to use the stove to cook later that evening. Highly recommended!

Everything was very well designed for beach vacation. First, if you travel by car from Rome, you can stop at multiple trattorias for a true "Mozzarella di Buffalla" experience, it is the specialty of the area. Upon arrival, a parking spot is reserved in one of the multi-level parking squares. The ladies at reception are very welcoming and nice, did the check in super-fast, understanding that the heat was already heavy on us. The territory facilities are well organized, the sunbeds and umbrella were included in the price, as well as the shower in the beach. The sea was wavy enough to entertain but not to make us tired quickly, and the sea water was very clean. The room had a stunning view, amazing to sleep with the sound of waves just outside of the window and see all the beautiful colors of sunset and sunrise. Comfortable bed, clean room, everything is up to the standard. They also allow pets inside the room, and our cat was very happy! We were also lucky to join a beach party on Saturday night with live music, delicious seafood menu with wine and drinks for a very reasonable price! Finally, breakfast is decent with both salty and sweet options. And of course, we got a lot of mozzarella on our way back at the fresh mozarella shop we stopped by :) I'd say it was one of the best weekends in 2hrs drive from Rome!

Nice and clean. Fridge and a small "patio" in the room to sit outside. Next to the beach. The owner was very nice and helping.

Most of all, the staff - the ladies on Reception (Francesca especially) were delightful and so helpful when we decided to stay on for an extra night. The restaurant staff achieved the perfect balance between being friendly and yet professional. The beach is fantastic, the food is great, my room had a balcony with sea view - couldn't have asked for more really. The location between Gaeta and Sperlonga is perfect for visiting either town. The lifts all over the hotel made getting around so easy.
