From the front desk to the housekeeping team, every member of the staff demonstrated a level of professionalism and warmth that is truly commendable. The customer service I received was not only efficient but also genuine, creating an atmosphere that felt more like a home away from home than a hotel. In addition to the excellent service and amenities, the Hesperia Hotel's location allowed me to explore the surrounding area effortlessly. The christmas market was a spectacle having never visited an Italian Christmas market before, and the Fritelle are a must.

This exceptional family-owned hotel has a highly professional, welcoming staff, a delicious, rich breakfast, and a beautiful, clean beach. They take care of every detail! I especially liked the idea of serving fresh pasta daily and providing guests with the recipe. Everything was outstanding. Highly recommended!
