The host Maria was super nice and helpful. She suggested us many things in the area and made sure we have everything we need. The place itself is very beautiful with a nice garden and a very short way to the beach, just outside the garden gate.

We spent 5 wonderful days by Carlo! The cozy apartment is on the first floor, the beds are comfortable, we slept very well. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Large fridge and freezer. Spacious bathroom. Everything was very clean. And everything is as shown in the photos on Booking. The apartment has a balcony (and a teracce) and a direct view of the beach! We loved having a coffee in the morning with the view of the sea and occasionally the waves. I would say for sea and water lovers it's a perfect location, we were on the beach 4-5 times a day from early to late. You only need to bring your towel...that's a great convenience! The apartment is in the shade because there are lots of pine trees in the area, so you can cool off inside when the sun is at its highest. There is also a shower in the garden. The garden with the pine trees is beautiful, a peaceful paradise! There is a direct path to the beach, through the garden, 30 meters. The beach itself is beautiful, almost white sand and clear blue water, and it was not crowded in June... And there are also several wonderful beaches nearby, you can walk from beach to beach practicaly. Nearby there are several cafes, beach bars and restaurants. The host Carlo lives on the first floor but was very discreet and very helpful for all our questions/tips. I would especially like to mention how helpful Carlo was, when my husband had the problem with the tooth, and Carlo managed to terminate him a dentist appointment for the next day. Thank you so much Carlo! The next time we visit Sardinia, we will gladly come here again!

Such a nice place - I wish I could've stayed there much longer. It's located right at the beach, has it's own restaurant and cafeteria. The breakfasts are very, very good and the staff is one of the friendliest I've ever met. They also have a parking for motorcycles (it's a little bit hidden - you have to go behind the hotel through a narrow gate; ask at the reception). Wi-fi is great, rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The whole climate is fantastic, including the common rooms. Come and visit that wonderful place!

The staff were just 10/10: so friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, and we had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. The room was very comfortable, and we really enjoyed the jacuzzi as well. We’d love to return as soon as possible. Thank you for everything! Fabulous location. All staff so friendly and welcoming. Thank you to the breakfast girl who looked after me every am with GF bread. Room gorgeous decor, clean, fresh and lovely bright colours and great balcony. Food delicious especially breakfast choices. Private carpark (which you do pay for). Great views especially lovely eating outside in front of the sea.
