Living room and balcony is amazing. We booked this for 2 families. Just perfect. Enjoyed eating on the balcony - very spacious. Kids went swimming on the beach while we cook. The beach was mainly private for us. Crystal clear waters. Perfect for us. 5-10 mntes drive to town. There's shops around but expensive so we drove 30mints to Olbia town for groceries.
