Fantastic, spacious apartments with a sea view and an excellent location. The hosts greeted us and told us all about the nearby restaurants and shops, also sending detailed information. They had even prepared a large basket of Italian delicacies — absolutely amazing. The apartment had everything needed to enjoy a holiday, including beach towels and bicycles. We extended our stay, which was no problem at all.

We had a great one-night stay here! Everything was exactly as described and very well thought out. Breakfast is served at a nearby bar just a 3-minute walk away – very convenient and a nice local touch. Parking was no issue at all, as there were plenty of free spaces on the street right outside. The room is compact but cleverly designed. The bed is actually a fold-up bed that turns into a table when stored, which saves a lot of space. Despite its small size, the room has a kitchenette where you can cook basic meals, and the bathroom was surprisingly spacious, clean, and bright. The location is fantastic – only a 5-minute walk to both the town center and the beach, so everything is within easy reach. We only stayed for one night, but it was perfect for a short stay. Very comfortable and efficient – ideal for one or two days. The host was friendly and responsive, check-in was smooth, and everything was clean and tidy. Definitely recommended for short stays in the area!

Luca is a great host and gave us loads of information on restaurants and cafes locally- which was really useful as it is low season. He also gave us a better room- with a kettle and fridge, which we greatly appreciated. The location is great, just a couple of minutes from the centre and quiet at night. The B&B could do with a bit of an update. But it was really comfortable and the shower was great.

Only 300 metres from the beach in San Foca, Villa Rosa offers a terrace and air-conditioned rooms overlooking a garden.
