Everything, our hosts were so helpful and kind and knowledgeable. The room was perfect. Our breakfast was delivered every morning. Very peaceful and quiet. Perfect area to stay in.

The location of the apartments was ideal, as the distance to the beach was a short walk. There are multiple shopping options in walking-distance, as well as restaurants and bakeries. Despite the facility just opening in June, the staff is extraordinary and a delight to interact with. Each person we had contact with was very professional and kind. The staff speaks impeccable english, so communication is no problem at all. They were able to accommodate any of our requests, including parking for our car and access to one of their affiliated beach clubs. The apartment was clean and spacious, the kitchen stocked with anything you may need during your stay to prepare a breakfast or cook a delicious meal. The bed was comfortable and the AC kept it nice and cool during the day.

Had a phenomenal stay at ArteMare for the first weekend of the Viareggio Carnivale. Our host was sensational, going above and beyond. Her communication was excellent. She messaged in the lead up to our stay, gave us advice about a delay to the carnivale and offered us an extension on our stay free of charge. When we arrived she was warm and welcoming. The house is spectacular with loads of quirky art pieces. The hospitality extended to a lift to the museum and our host even purchased bus tickets for our return to the accommodation. The view to the carnivale itself was spectacular! The balcony from the bedrooms were so close to the floats you could touch them! I'll be raving about this stay for a long-time and would love to come back for the next Carnivale.

We fully enjoyed our stay in the apartments! Comfortable beds, clean, all necessary kitchenware (we cooked ourselves, and though kitchen is tiny, it was nice), spatial terrace with nice view on the sea and mountains. Communication with the host was great - quickly responded on any query. We loved that we had free access to the beach, with beach towels provided by host. Location is the best - beach is very close, shops are near, and the street is beautiful (blossoming trees, attractive houses). Definitely will recommend these apartments to friends and hopefully will return here next time!

Convenient to beach. Loved that the rate includes beach beds, towels and umbrella in a set location on the beach. Staff super friendly and accommodating.
