Highy recommend this hostel! The dorm is really big, enough space for everyone. Curtains for privacy. Big lockers to put the whole backpack in. The view is insane and the breakfast lovely. The owner is amazing, we even got a welcome juice. Would come back anytime!

A wonderful family owned guest house, beautiful yoga space, the best one we found in Mirissa. Lavender is clean and tidy and near the surf spots, near Coconut Hill and turtle beach as well (both best seen in the morning). We truly enjoyed our Tuk Tuk rides with Ruki. 🛺

The host Ruwan is super friendly and always happy to help! My dad got sick and he took us to the doctor and sorted everything out. He is also very chatty, wants to share all his knowledge about Mirissa and goes out of his way to make sure you have a great time.

We spent a week at Three Gables and it’s easily one of the nicest stays we’ve ever had. With only four boutique rooms, from the moment you arrive it feels like you’re at your own home — exactly what the team invited us to do upon our arrival. Every member of the Three Gables team paid meticulous attention to all facets of our stay, including the very smallest of details, to make our time there truly special. Beyond organizing transport and arranging massages, Dinuka, the food and beverage manager, organized a private Sri Lankan cooking demonstration and feast for us. Speaking of the food, it was phenomenal! Each day, breakfast came with a choice of fresh tropical juices, selection of local teas, and a Sri Lankan fruit plate. Beyond that, the choice was between an English-style breakfast (best-in-class eggs, waffles, and oatmeal) and a Sri Lankan curry breakfast consisting of four or five dishes. Whichever you choose, you won’t be disappointed! If you’re thinking to book a Sri Lanka stay beside the sea, do yourself a favour and book Three Gables. For us, it scores a perfect 10!

Great location on a quiet part of the beach but walking distance to everything. The breakfast was delicious and probably the best we had in 2 weeks in Sri Lanka! We had a huge room with a large balcony overlooking the ocean.

The owners are really wonderful and went the extra mile by helping me book an awesome turtle snorkelling and whale watching trip. The food provided was tasty, fresh and abundant.
